Uncle Sam seems to be all about Peloton – we hear the feds have spent a lot of gear…which makes you wonder if Joe BidenLove of the exercise bike could be on the line.
According to federal procurement documents, obtained by TMZ, the government spent more than $220,000 on Peloton bikes and other exercise equipment dating back to the summer of 2020 … before President Biden took office.

In July 2020, the Air Force placed a large order for “Peloton bikes/fitness equipment” in the amount of $33,366.
It’s unclear how many bikes were delivered specifically, but considering the bikes are over $1,000 a pop, you gotta figure it was a bunch of them. Later in September, the Agricultural Research Service placed an order for Peloton bikes for an additional $26,000 worth of bikes.
Then 2021 rolled around — when Biden took office — and it looks like the feds went Peloton crazy…ordering north of $96,000 worth of Peloton-related fitness equipment, but including a bunch of things from Precor Inc. – a big name in treadmills and exercise equipment that was acquired by Peloton in December 2020.
An Air Force representative tells us that they have fitness centers on all of their bases, which include platoons and other training equipment. They said the centers are “essential to the readiness of our Airmen.”
In the documents, the FBI said its Peloton gear was for “training aids.”

Among the agencies that were trying to sweat… the Air Force (again), the Army and the FBI.
2022 was also pretty friendly for Peloton within DC – it looks like the government is spending over $64,000 on more Precor stuff… this time between the military and immigration.
It’s no secret that JB is a Peloton fan – he’s used to training regularly on one… but it became a flashpoint early in his administration as there were cybersecurity concerns. because of the built-in microphones and cameras. Officials had suggested he leave it in Delaware after November 2020.
