Dancing On Ice returns to ITV in the New Year with the all-new Class of 2022. Twelve celebrities will take on the challenge and skate live each week with their pro partners as they try to impress both the panel and the viewers who watch. will ultimately decide who wins the show.

Olympian Kye Whyte commits to Dancing On Ice 2022
Kye Whyte, who just made history at the Tokyo Olympics this summer and won Britain’s first-ever BMX Olympic medal, is now ready to take on the ice.
The silver medalist broke the news on CBBC Newsround this morning saying, “I feel great.” When asked if he had skated before, he replied “I have [rollerskated] when I was younger, then we’ll see how it goes. ”
When asked how long he had kept the secret, he replied, “Only three or four weeks. I think I was the last person to be selected. I was told not to tell anyone. and I’ve been waiting for the big reveal! My family knows that. My dad and brother are roller skating, so I think they’re excited. ”
“When I passed the audition I kind of linked it to roller skating so I think I did pretty well …”
When asked how he felt about getting his skating partner back, Kye said, “The pickup and whatever I’m not too worried about. As long as I’m doing my gym properly it should. go. These are the routines – I’m very forgetful! So yeah, that’s what I’m kinda wary of. ”
Kye went on to say, “I think I can win Dancing On Ice. I’d love to see if I can make the final because like I said I’m very competitive. You know what? final! ”
Kye is the latest confirmed celebrity for the 2022 lineup and joins previously announced Coronation Street legend Sally Dynevor, Happy Mondays Bez dancer, Paralympian Stef Reid, Liberty Poole of Love Island, rugby star Ben Foden, son of Paul Gascoigne, Regan Gascoigne, pop star Rachel Stevens and professional dancer Brendan Cole.
